High-temperature tape is an adhesive tape used in high-temperature working environments. It is mainly used in the electronics industry. Its temperature resistance is usually between 120 degrees and 260 degrees. It is often used for spray painting, baking leather processing, coating masking and fixing in the electronic parts manufacturing process, printed circuit boards and high temperature processing masking. High temperature tapes include KAPTON high temperature tape; Teflon high temperature tape; high temperature masking tape; PET green high temperature tape; high temperature double-sided tape, etc.


High temperature tape has the following characteristics:

1. Non-sticky;

2. High and low temperature resistance, the product can withstand temperatures up to 260°C for long-term use;

3. Corrosion resistance;

4. Low friction and wear resistance;

5. Moisture resistance and high insulation;


High temperature tape is mainly used for:

1. Insulating coating in the wire and cable industry;

2. Insulating lining for electrooxygen industry;

3. The surface cladding of the storage tank roller and the lining of the guide rail friction surface can be directly attached to various large flat surfaces and regular curved surfaces (such as rollers). The operation is simple and eliminates the need for professional equipment, special processes and transportation when spraying PTFE materials. Restrictions on going to a professional spraying factory for processing;

4. Used as insulating high-temperature materials in textile, food, pharmaceutical, wood processing and other sectors;

5. Color printing packaging machines, plastic braiding and drawing machines, microwave drying, various conveyor belts and various bag making machines in the clothing hot-adhesive sealing and pressure packaging industry, hot-pressing sealing end faces of sealing machines, etc.
