① Compared with ordinary tape, fiber tape has higher tensile strength, strong toughness, strong pulling and not easy to break, wear resistance (transparent PET substrate longitudinal glass fiber reinforcement provides high tensile strength and can prevent friction and moisture), and can adapt well to high-strength strapping applications.
② Compared with ordinary tape, fiber tape has better viscosity, so the packaging and strapping process is convenient and fast, not easy to loosen, and economical; (using our company's specially configured high-performance adhesive layer to ensure appropriate initial adhesion and lasting adhesion, the strapping process can be completed in time by lightly pressing the tape on the bonded surface, which is more convenient, fast and economical than general operation).
③ Tightly adhere, has good adhesion to various surfaces, and the tape does not debond.
Currently, there are two types of tapes commonly used in the market: single-sided tape and double-sided tape. Single-sided fiber tape is generally used for packaging and sealing, and double-sided fiber tape is mainly used for bonding various materials. The specific summary is as follows:
1. Sealing packaging: widely used in packaging of cartons, furniture, electrical appliances and zero-load items. It is recommended to use single-sided fiber tape, which has stripes or grids. You can choose according to actual needs. If it is something like marble, heavy furniture, etc., you can use high-strength single-sided fiber tape;
2. Heavy object bundling: For bundling heavy objects such as wood, steel, ships, machinery, etc., single-sided fiber tape can also be used. As for whether to choose stripes or grid tape, it is best to let the manufacturer recommend it according to specific needs;
3. Door and window sealing strips: Grid fiber double-sided tape is an important component of EPDM sealing strips, which can ensure that EPDM can be bonded to doors and windows and will not fall off for a long time.
