New energy battery tapes are classified by use: termination tape, PACK tape, protective film tape, ear tape, high-temperature tape, fixed tape, removable tape, double-sided tape, etc. Common battery tapes are as follows:
01. PACK high-temperature tape:
PACK tape mainly uses special polyester, polyimide film or fiber, insulation paper and other materials as the base material, and is coated with special glue. It is mainly used for insulation protection and fixation of the top, edge sealing and bottom of the aluminum-plastic film packaging of soft-pack batteries, bundling and fixing of battery packs, and production of high-end finished batteries.
Special tape 0868A for energy storage equipment batteries uses glass fiber mesh cloth as the base material, and is evenly coated on both sides with acrylic adhesive developed and formulated by our company, and then compounded with release paper High-strength glass fiber tape. It has the following performance characteristics:
1. There is a thin layer of high-temperature resistant glass fiber mesh in the middle of the adhesive layer (glass fiber maintains dimensional stability and rarely deforms in a very wide temperature range) to provide stable dimensions in both the vertical and horizontal directions without deformation;
2. The range of materials that can be pasted is very wide;

Fiber tape: The unique pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has excellent long-lasting adhesion and special properties, excellent alkali resistance, high tensile strength and deformation resistance, excellent self-adhesion, insulation and thermal conductivity, and high temperature resistance. It is used for bundling protection of power batteries. The single-sided fiber tape specially produced by our company for bundling new energy batteries replaces steel tape, ensuring that it reaches or exceeds the effect of steel tape, and the cost is reduced by at least 60%.
