What are the uses and characteristics of High-temperature adhesive tape?

High-temperature tape refers to adhesive tape used in high-temperature working environments. Primarily used in the electronics industry, its temperature resistance typically ranges from 120°C to 260°C. It is commonly used in spray painting, baking paint, leather processing, coating masking, fixing electronic components during manufacturing processes, and masking for printed circuit boards and high-temperature treatments. High-temperature tapes include Kapton high-temperature tape, PTFE high-temperature tape, high-temperature masking tape, PET green high-temperature tape, and high-temperature double-sided tape. 

PTFE high-temperature tape has the following characteristics: 

1. Non-stick; 

2. High and low-temperature resistance, with long-term use temperature resistance up to 260°C; 

3. Corrosion resistance;

4. Low friction and wear resistance; 

5. Moisture resistance and high insulation. 

PTFE high-temperature tape is mainly used in: 

1. Insulation cladding in the wire and cable industry; 

2. Insulation lining in the electrical industry; 

3. Surface cladding of storage tank rollers and lining of guide rail friction surfaces, which can be directly applied to various large flat surfaces and regular curved surfaces (such as rollers), simplifying operation and eliminating the limitations of needing professional equipment, special processes, and transportation to a professional coating factory for processing; 

4. Used as insulating high-temperature material in textile, food, pharmaceutical, and wood processing industries; 

5. Used in color printing packaging machines, plastic weaving drawing machines, microwave drying, various conveyor belts, and various bag-making machines and sealing machines in the garment hot-pressing and sealing packaging industry.
