Uses and characteristics of PE protective films with different adhesion

2025-09-03

Ultra-Low Viscosity PE Protective Film

Features: Ultra-Low Viscosity PE Protective Film thickness ≥ 0.03mm ± 0.003mm, peel strength ≤ 5g/cm, temperature resistance 60°C.

Applications: Suitable for organic sheet materials, instruments and meters, display screens, glass lenses, plastic lenses, etc.

Low Viscosity PE Protective Film

Features: Low Viscosity PE Protective Film thickness ≥ 0.03mm ± 0.003mm, peel strength 10-20g/cm, temperature resistance 60°C.

Applications: Suitable for steel mirror plates, titanium, glossy plastic sheets, silk screen printing, nameplates, etc.

Medium-Low Viscosity PE Protective Film

Features: Medium-Low Viscosity PE Protective Film thickness ≥ 0.03mm ± 0.003mm, peel strength 30-50g/cm, temperature resistance 60°C.

Applications: Suitable for furniture polycarbonate sheets, stainless steel sheets, ceramic tiles, marble, artificial stone, etc.

Medium Adhesion PE Protective Film

Features: Medium Adhesion PE Protective Film thickness ≥ 0.05mm ± 0.003mm, peel strength 60-80g/cm, temperature resistance 60°C.

Applications: Suitable for surface protection of fine-grained frosted panels and general hard-to-bond materials.

High Adhesion PE Protective Film

Features: High Adhesion PE Protective Film thickness ≥ 0.05mm ± 0.003mm, peel strength 80-100g/cm, temperature resistance 60°C.

Applications: Suitable for fine-grained frosted panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and hard-to-bond plastic sheets.

Ultra-High Adhesion PE Protective Film

Features: Ultra-High Adhesion PE Protective Film thickness ≥ 0.04mm ± 0.003mm, peel strength > 100g/cm, temperature resistance 60°C.

Applications: Suitable for hard-to-bond materials such as coarse-grained aluminum panels.
