1. Termination tape: PP, PET, PI film is used as the base material, and acrylic glue special for lithium battery electrolyte is applied on this basis. It is specially used for the termination and insulation fixation of lithium-ion batteries and other parts, and is suitable for the insulation protection and fixation of various lithium-ion battery ears such as cylindrical and square ones.
2. PACK high temperature tape: Lithium battery PACK tape mainly uses special polyester, polyimide film or fiber, insulation paper and other materials as the base material, and is coated with special acrylic glue or silicone glue. It is mainly used for insulation protection and fixation of the top, edge and bottom of the aluminum-plastic film packaging of soft-pack batteries, bundling and fixation of battery packs, and production of high-end finished batteries.
Lithium battery PACK tape is thin and soft, with strong viscosity, no edge warping after pasting, and strong voltage resistance; the tape used for battery pack bundling has strong viscosity, high tensile strength, good temperature resistance, and no residual glue after long-term use. It is used for edge sealing and bottom insulation protection and bundling and fixation of lithium battery steel shell, aluminum shell, cylinder, soft pack battery and power battery assembly battery cell.
3. Fiber tape: The main fiber tape used on the battery is single-sided striped fiber tape, which uses a specially configured high-performance adhesive layer to ensure appropriate initial adhesion and lasting adhesion. The bundling process can be completed in time by lightly pressing the tape on the surface to be bonded. The operation is convenient, fast and economical. At the same time, the unique pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has excellent lasting adhesion and special properties, excellent alkali resistance, high tensile strength and deformation resistance, excellent self-adhesion, insulation and thermal conductivity, and high temperature resistance. Therefore, it is often used for bundling protection of small power batteries.
There are many kinds of lithium battery tapes, so the performance and strength of various brands of tapes are different, so you have to choose them properly. First of all, you have to see whether the tape has the function of insulation and fixation, and whether it can play the role of insulation protection and fixation of various lithium-ion batteries.
