The quality of strapping products depends entirely on the purity of polypropylene. The higher the purity of polypropylene, the better the tension of the strapping tape. It is widely used in carton packaging or packaging or binding of other objects.
Introduction to the classification and performance of strapping tape:
Polypropylene strapping tape: Generally used for bundling, baling and sealing cartons with lighter loads. Polypropylene strapping tape has high elongation and recovery rate.
Steel strapping tape: Used to make very heavy loads into a whole transport piece or to fix the load in a train car, trailer or ocean freighter.
Nylon strapping tape: Used for bundling heavy objects and shrinkage loads that can withstand high initial tension. Its elongation and recovery rate are greater than those of polyester or polypropylene strapping tape.
Polyester strapping tape: Used for bundling objects that require high tensile strength and high continuous tension. Its performance is similar to that of light-duty steel strapping tape.
